From Humble Beginnings to Trusted Guidance
Jasso Group was founded in 2016 by Mario Jasso, but its story began years earlier in Fort Worth, where Mario was raised by hardworking immigrant parents who instilled perseverance, integrity, and personal responsibility. Those values deepened through his service in the U.S. Army, where leadership, discipline, and commitment to others became permanent pillars of how he serves people.
After military service, Mario entered the insurance industry through a captive agency, focused first on health insurance. As clients’ lives became more complex, so did their needs. Families and business owners were not looking for one policy, they were looking for a trusted partner who could help them protect what they had built, reduce exposure to risk, and plan strategically for the future. That demand shaped the vision for Jasso Group, an independent firm designed to deliver holistic guidance across insurance and financial services, without the limitations of a one size fits all model.
Today, Jasso Group is powered by family, and that is one of its greatest strengths. Mario’s wife, Lorie Jasso, is an integral part of the business and brings an exceptional work ethic to everything she does. She is deeply committed to serving in the Medicare space, and she is at her best when sitting down with seniors, sharing a cup of coffee, and helping them make confident, informed decisions that truly improve their lives.
The next generation is already making its mark. Mateo Jasso has joined the business and is learning the profession with focus, professionalism, and maturity. His growth has been exciting to watch, and it reflects the long term vision of a family legacy built on service, trust, and excellence.
